The only thing you should not do with your Weimaraner is nothing!

Timberdoodle Weimaraners are bred for exceptional field ability. That does not mean we avoid other disciplines. I have listed many of the American Kennel Club (AKC)Titles and Weimaraner Club of America (WCA) Titles and North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association’s (NAVHDA) titles: Weimaraner’s have made a superb showing in Obedience, Agility and just about every event that is offered. Weimaraners are a versatile breed that truly does enjoy pleasing their owners! I am listing only what the title stands for, additional information about each title can be found on each individual websites.

American Kennel Club – Prefix Titles:

AFC: Amateur Field Champion CH: Champion
CCH: Bench Show Champion CT: Champion Tracker
DC: Dual Champion, a dog obtaining a bench and field championship can be a Dual Champion FC: Field Champion
GDSC: Gun Dog Stake Champion CGC: Canine Good Citizen or Grand Champion
CGF: Grand Field Champion MACH: Master Agility Champion
NAFC: National Amateur Field Champion NFC: National Field Champion
NOC: National Obedience Champion OTCH: Obedience Champion
RGDSC: Retrieving Gun Dog Stake Champion TC: Triple Champion, must attain a DC in addition to one more championship
VCCH: Versatile Companion Champion

North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association – NAVHDA:

Natural Ability Test: Prize 1: A perfect score is 112 – Prize 2 – Prize 3

Utility Preparatory Test: Tests the dogs abilities midway through their Utility training

Utility Test: UT Prize 1: A perfect score is 204 – UT Prize 2 – UT Prize 3

Invitational Test: By invitation only. Only dogs who have earned a UT Prize 1 will be invited to test.
