Matt and I are involved with the Mid Michigan Pointing Dog Club and the Weimaraner Club of America. We have chaired and secretaried the local Weim Club spring hunt tests and have helped organize the WCA ratings tests. We are members of NAVHDA both the national club and the local SEMI and NM NAVHDA Chapters. We are committed to helping our puppy owners achieve the success they desire with their pups. We both make ourselves available to help with any area of training they would like to work on.

CH Grayangel Kodiak II, SH, SDX, RDX, VX. .
Kodi is the grand dam of the Rice Weimaraners. She is a biddable, sweet girl who has been a fabulous mother to her litters. She has been a pleasure to own, train and is a faithful companion to all of us. Due to her age she will not be bred again and we are very excited about future generations to come!
Timberdoodle Pointin Blue, CD, SH, SDX, RDX, V.
Blue is a 6 year old male who is out of Kodi’s first litter. Blue is sired by CH Grayangel Hayes, SH, RDX, VX. Blue is a sweet, silly but serious boy who has been an absolute joy to handle and train. He is so biddable and takes training so serious we affectionately call him Wonderdog. Blue finished with his SH title and did foray into the world of Field Trials. His first field trial earned him a 2nd place in Amateur Gun Dog in an all breed stake. He earned his RDX title in September, 2007. We often use Blue to guide at local pheasant farms and he is a favorite to the hunters we guide for. Blue was the favorite of the crew of American Gun Dog while they hunted with us! His personality and character make him the favorite of every type of crowd! He has several leg’s of Master Hunter and hope to finish soon, he will not run in any other tests until spring of 2011.
Timberdoodle Black Velvet, SH, SD, RD, NAVHDA, NA 1, 112.

Velvet is a delightful bitch out of Kodi’s 2006 litter. She is a sweet girl with exceptional bird finding ability and trainability. Velvet also has been a joy to handle and train. She is very biddable and picks up all aspects of field work exceptionally easy. She has honored naturally since she was first hunted in the fall of 2006. Velvet is such a strong honoring pup that she actually honored her brace mate in her last leg of junior hunter. Velvet breezed through Senior hunter, Shooting Dog & Retrieving Dog titles and has been used often as a guide dog for both wild bird guided hunts and preserve hunts. Velvet had her first litter of puppies in June of 2009 she was a wonderful mother and produced 8 gorgeous puppies!
Timberdoodle Autumn’s Aspen, SH, SD NRD, NAVHDA, NA 1, 112.

Aspen is co owned by me and she lives most of the time with her other owner Gina Engler-Burton. Aspen is a litter mate to Velvet also out of our 2006 litter. Aspen is an absolute show stopper when she enters the field. I have been honored to handle this pup through her tests and trials and through her NAVHDA test. Aspen is the type of girl who is very intense and has been known to go from bird to bird within minutes during a test situation Aspen also has a wonderful temperament and a super biddable nature, we are proud to have whelped this very talented girl.
Velvet produced the first litter of the second generation of Timberdoodle pups. Velvet whelped her litter in June of 2009 and we welcomed 8 more Timberdoodle Pups to the world of hunting Weimaraners. Velvet was bred to DC Outdoors Life of Riley, CD, JH, RDX, NAVHDA UT 3. The pups not only have incredible bird instinct but they are a gorgeous bunch too! Congrats to their owners and I have posted news of this litters accomplishments as they have competed in their events! They sure did us proud as they performed to perfection in their NAVHDA NA tests.
We are planning a litter with Aspen for spring 2011.
We already have interest in this litter and expect this litter to be an awesome litter of hunting Weimies!!
